Unfortunately, we have come to learn that shipping companies can be very careless with heavy packages. If your item arrived damaged, please forward us some photos displaying the issue(s) to support@rosintechproducts.com.
Our technical team will review the photos in order to determine the extent of the damage. If it can be easily fixed we will send parts at no charge. If damaged beyond repair we will issue a return label, and ship out a replacement.
